Here is a collection of my original writings: poems/ spoken word, fiction, and ritual theater works.

I have always been captivated by world mythologies and folklore. Growing up, I was deeply fascinated with Germanic- Scandinavian poems and sagas, and medieval tales from Celtic and Anglo-Saxon roots — such as Beowulf, the Arthurian and Avalon Legends, Mabinogion, and Tolkien's Lord of the Rings.

I also spent my early upbringing in an ashram, steeped in Eastern philosophies, fantastical epics, and spiritual practices from ancient India and the Sufi mystics. I feel my style has also been greatly influenced by Vedic hymns and devotional poets like Rumi and Hafiz.
