Handcrafted Ogham divination set of 25 with an additional “blank” stave.
Often called the “Celtic tree alphabet,” the Ogham appear in early Medieval era inscriptions throughout Ireland, Britain, and Wales. Each letter has an associated plant or tree and can be interpereted for divination.
I make these sets with a prayerful intention, imbuing the intention of each symbol into the wood. Materials vary, as I use local or reclaimed woods as available. Polished and sealed with food grade mineral oil, these come in a woven poly satchel bag.
These are designed to support you in communing with your own intuition, Spirit or Great Mystery, or guides and ancestors. They can also be placed on your altar or a special place for meditation. I believe these symbols still carry knowledge of the ancient Irish, Welsh, British & Pictish peoples, and the spirit of the trees they have been imbued with.
